How do I create Auto Responders?

Each Auto Responder is treated like its own Newsletter. So the first thing you need to do is to create a newsletter. Doing so was covered in Tour 3 , so if you need a refresher, please do so now.

Once your Newsletters are built, go back to the main menu and select the "Manage Auto Responders" link as we have done in Figure 1.

In Figure 2, you see that we have already created 2 Auto Responders with delay times of zero (Immediate) and 3 months. Thus, the first email will be sent as soon as the person signs up and the second will be sent after 3 months. To create a new Auto Responder, use the area on the right-hand side of the screen labeled "Add Auto-Responder." Simply select which newsletter you would like to deliver and the delay before delivery!

That's all there is to automatically delivering critical information to your customers on a timely basis!
